Well, the summer is here! I am so thankful that I get some time to rest and relax. But, why is it that I only write on this blog when I am on break??? Well, that's about the only time I have to! I need to get better at this! I don't think my blog is very pretty and nice either. I need to get some advice on how to make it better!
Artie and I bought a house in March! We absolutely love it! It's a great place for Sydney and we're really enjoying living here. We still haven't fully unpacked, but who can with all the craziness of everyday life?! Our new place is in a nice neighborhood where neighbors actually say "hi" to us! Amazing! Lol. I feel very comfortable running around here in the mornings (even without my pepper spray). Our house has a horse-shoe pit in the backyard too. And a built in gas fire pit. It's pretty sweet!
We are headed back east twice this summer! I can't wait. We are going to see family in Florida and then we are taking a long break and going to NY and RI and NH! I am sooo excited!
Well, that's about all for now. Nothing new, just same old, except now I'm on summer break. Although I do have to go to 2 training sessions next week. And then I'm teaching summer school again this year. However, it is a pretty sweet deal... I work 4 days a week for 3 hours a day and get paid for it! Plus I get to meet some of my future 5th graders. Kinda nice!
